Hospice Memorials
Memorials can be made to Hospice Serving Davis and Wapello Counties at the time of a loved ones passing. Any memorials made at the funeral home can be brought to Hospice or given on our website, in any amount. These memorial funds go to supporting our robust Bereavement Services that assists current and future families.
Memorial Tree
Make a Donation. Leave a Memory.
Located in the front lobby of Hospice House is our Memorial Tree. Any patient who donates $1,000 or more will have their name engraved on a gold leaf that is added to our memorial tree in their memory. Thank you to all of our generous donors!
